Telephone Orders
For the fastest possible service, please order online but we are happy to take your order over the phone. Call us at 617-545-7565., Monday – Friday 8:30-5:00 pm EST.

International Customers
At this time, we only accept US and Canada orders online.. For international orders, please call us at 617-545-7565, Monday – Friday 8:30-5:00 pm EST.

Modify/Cancel an Order
If you’ve submitted an order online that hasn’t shipped yet and you wish to modify or cancel the order, please contact us at 617-545-7565. within 24 hours of placing that order.

Setting up an account is fast and easy. It allows you to view your order history, get the status of a current order and track your order. Setting up an account also allows you to store your billing and shipping address, ensuring that your information is accessed quickly for you on future orders, and can be easily changed if needed.

At this time, Healing All TogetherTM offers flat rate shipping to US and Canada addresses only.

US addresses:
Ground Shipping (5-7 days) ….. $2.99

Priority Mail (3-5 days)….. $4.99
Express Shipping (2-4 days) ….. $6.99
Next Day (get it tomorrow)….. $9.99

Canada addresses:
Standard – $?

Tracking a Package
After placing your order, you will receive a receipt and confirmation of your order. You can log into your account at any time to track the status of your order. You will receive an email when your order has shipped, and you can then view your tracking number online in your account area.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

Healing All Together stands behind the quality of everything we sell and we truly hope you enjoy our products. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, return your merchandise by following the easy steps below.

Returns

  • All returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. We do not refund items without a receipt.
  • Returns are accepted as long as merchandise is in salable condition (unworn and  unwashed)
  • No refunds will be given without a receipt.
  • When we receive your returned merchandise, we will refund you the original method of payment.

Easy steps to send by mail

  • Fill out the returns and exchange form on the back portion of your packing slip and indicate what you are returning. Please indicate if this was a gift.
  • Tear form along the perforation and be sure to include it in your package.
  • If you do not have the mailing label from the original packing slip please use a signature required service such as FedEx or UPS to send your return back to us. Please do not use USPS. If you choose to use USPS, Healing All TogetherTMcannot guarantee delivery of your package. You will be responsible for paying all return shipping costs up front.
